energy healing
When you’re feeling as though you’re in need of a sort of energetic reset, it's often due to stress, injury, and even emotional pain that can cause energy blocks within the body. These can affect your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Using a combination of Shiatsu, Reiki, Shamanic & Crystal Healing, you'll release those blocks and invite more beauty, harmony, and joy into your life. During the session, you will come into a state of relaxation & may feel my hands lightly on or above your body. If it's of interest to you, I may lay some crystals on or around at some point as well.
Energy work is a simple, natural & safe method of spiritual healing that can promote healing, alignment & congruency for anyone and everyone. I love to work with clients who are brand new but curious about energy work, as much as I love working with those who are all about the "woo."
Hypnotic activation
Hypnotherapy is a truly amazing way to ask all the voices in your head to take a break and to just let yourself be & receive what it is you really need to hear, think, feel & believe.
Hypnosis works by passing the Conscious Mind and speaking directly to your Unconscious Mind - aka, your true self. The Unconscious Mind is what really controls how our body works, what we think, how we learn, and essentially how we show up in the world.
Because of this, Hypnosis is an incredible tool that can aid us all in overcoming limiting beliefs, past traumas, and facilitate healing in the mind & body. It allows you to let go of what has been holding you back, so you can pick up speed toward the life you're meant to live!

At least 2 days prior to your 90-min HypnoMassage Session a 45-min HypnoPrep Consult Call is required to determine your specific needs and to explore the possible benefits you hope to achieve. Clients have focused on alleviating anxiety around specific circumstances, insomnia, and headaches, as well as improving self-esteem, confidence, and motivation.
During the 90-minute Session, at least 2 days later, you will receive a massage while listening to the customized recording I will have made just for you.
Because this treatment requires a good deal of preparation and customization, including the initial, virtual consult call, the actual HypnoMassage session, as well as the tailored & edited recordings, my regular rates do not apply.
However, for a limited time, instead of charging the full $497, I am only charging $444 since I love this type of session so much!

TMJ Massage
This strategic, trigger-point based therapeutic massage is very focused on the head, face, neck & shoulders. By incorporating face massage as well as intra-oral neuromuscular techniques, this treatment provides much-needed relief for the head, jaw, and neck pain associated with TMJ Dysfunction.
Pre-Natal Massage
You're creating and nourishing a new life! - you deserve extra pampering during this time!
